• BALL:  Bring an appropriately sized, fully inflated, soccer ball to practice (please have your name and phone number clearly printed on it). Many drills require each player to have a ball and we have only a few extras. Ball size chart
• SHIN GUARDS:  Players must have shin guards to practice and play. (At games players must wear socks over shin guards). Referees will check before the game begins.
• CLEATS:  Proper soccer shoes are highly recommended. Local sporting stores have many options. Make sure they are designed for soccer. Do not purchase baseball cleats as they have an extra cleat at the toe and are not safe for soccer.  Turf soccer shoes, as opposed to cleats, can be a great option, too.
• UNIFORMS:  Players must wear matching uniforms and no jewelry is allowed. Uniforms (Jerseys, Shorts, and Socks) will be given out at the first practice and should be reserved for wearing (clean) at the games only. All uniform jerseys must be tucked in during games.
• WATER:  Players are to bring their own water bottle to all practices and games. Cold water is the best liquid fluid replacement for the kids (Gatorade is a sugar drink better suited for adults doing endurance sports lasting longer than 90 minutes). Having their own water will help us avoid long trips to the fountain.
