Q) I recognize that AYSO is an all-volunteer organization but I do not have the time to coach.  Are there any other smaller jobs that might better fit my schedule?
A) There are many behind the scene jobs that make our organization work.  If you are interested in volunteering some time or energy, please email Heather Billing, Regional Commissioner, at HeatherBilling599@gmail.com.

Q) I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.  How do I get more information?
A) Our monthly Board Meetings are held at the San Luis Business Center on Los Osos Valley Road and S. Higuera Street in San Luis Obispo at 6:30pm on the 3rd Monday of the month.  Board Meetings are open to anyone looking to get involved with or get more information about AYSO.  Dinner is served so if you plan to attend, please let us know by email to HeatherBilling599@gmail.com.  Board Member Information is listed on the BOARD OF DIRECTORS tab.

Q) How do I register to volunteer?
A) Go to Blue Sombrero (it will  be up soon!  Heather – 3/13/17)

If you are a returning volunteer, log in using the login email and password you set up previously.  Then choose “Apply as a returning adult volunteer.”

If you are a new volunteer but have used eayso to register your child to play, log in using the login email and password you set up to register your child.  Then choose “Apply as a new adult volunteer.”

If you are completely new to eayso, choose “I am new to AYSO and want to volunteer.”  Follow the prompts to set up your account and to register.

Everyone must be sure to follow the process all the way to the end, including e-signing your application and then “submitting” it.  (After you e-sign it, it may look  like you are done but the screen will refresh with a “Submit” option at the upper left corner.  Be sure to click on submit.

Once you have completed the process, you are done with registration.  No need to print or mail the form (new this year!).

ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST ALSO BE SAFE HAVEN CERTIFIED.  To take the Safe Haven certification course, go to aysotraining.org.  You will need to log in with your AYSO volunteer i.d. number which was assigned to you when you registered as a volunteer through eayso.org.  After logging in, look for the bright rainbow for Safe Haven and click on Start Now.  Then choose the Safe Haven course.  Follow it all the way to the end.  Once you successfully complete the course, your results will be automatically sent to our region.
